Individual Therapy
45-55 min individual telehealth sessions for adults. I provide a safe judgment free space for clients to explore their emotions and use gentle guidance to get you to where you want to be.
Couples Therapy
Struggling to communicate with your partner? Trying to make a big life decision and figure out the next step in your relationship? I offer 50 min couples sessions for you and your partner to learn valuable communication skills and conflict management.
Teen Counseling
Being a teen is so challenging to navigate these days. Teen therapy sessions are 45-55 min long and I work with the teen and their family to ensure social emotional challenges are being addressed. I provide a safe space for teens to start to explore their identity, independence and emotions.
Clinicians
Kayla Ogletree, LCSW
Owner & Therapist
As a BIPOC Mental Health Professional, I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy for individuals navigating life’s most tender and challenging seasons. My work focuses on perinatal mental health, fertility and infertility experiences, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and work-related stress. I understand how deeply these experiences can impact your sense of self, relationships, and overall well-being, especially in the BIPOC community.
In our work together, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether you’re coping with the emotional complexities of trying to conceive, adjusting to pregnancy or parenthood, processing loss, or managing overwhelming stress, we will move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.
