Psychosocial Assessments for Third Party Reproduction.

Third Party Reproduction assessments include a 60 min-90 min virtual clinical interview and completion of appropriate documentation requested by your fertility clinic. Insurance does not typically cover these. The cost for the assessment is $225. Right now I am only able to conduct with the intended parent and their partner (if applicable). Clients must also be NJ Residents.
